Advertising Dimensions & Digital Guidelines
The following ad dimensions apply to all Midwest Business Media-owned magazines and publications. For additional ad dimensions, including special sections or other inquiries, please contact your corresponding sales representative.
Advertisers are encouraged to submit digital files in the following applications and formats (Macintosh platform). Please include a color proof.
• PDF
• Illustrator EPS, AI (fonts outlined)
• Photoshop EPS, TIFF, PSD (with fonts)
• Quark — Collect for Output
• InDesign — Converted to high resolution PDF
No PMS or spot colors accepted. Colors need to converted to CMYK to print accurately. Color inaccuately sent will be converted and cannot be held accountable for any shift in accuracy. Any image documents (tiffs or EPS) must be supplied at 300dpi. No web quailty files accepted.
Ads must include Macintosh compatible post script fonts. If fonts are not supplied, our design department will substitute the most appropriate match or bill you for the font needed.
All photographs will be returned within 45 days of publication. All other materials will be returned upon request only. Materials will be retained by publisher for one year unless return is specifically requested. Publisher is not responsible for materials left unclaimed
for more than one year.
